You need to be taking care of yourself so you can care for others. If you are rushed, stressed, anxious, and angry... you will not feel nor be as successful as you wish to be with someone who will read your energy and react in ways that undermine progress. This is one of my utmost favorite courses and I truly hope you take this as seriously as I do.
