Our practical, interactive training will empower your management and human resources departments with tools to confidently support, hire, and retain autistic talent.
Your team will learn how to:

More than a brief introduction, this interactive two-day training offers 10 hours of in-depth instruction, interactive discussion, and practical learning. Participants gain a deeper understanding of autism in the workplace while developing knowledge and strategies they can apply to better support autistic employees and build more effective, inclusive workplaces.
Presentations are led by two presenters and include group discussions, interactive activities, and visual elements displayed on screen.
10 hours of training across two days, excluding scheduled breaks and meal periods.

Barbara has supported people with neurodiversity as a coach, consultant, and counselor for decades. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise that spans the full range of need, ability, and background.
She has guided professionals, parents, and individuals in countless settings, from home to school to the workplace. Her passion and dedication to the community are clear in every presentation she provides and every interaction in which she engages.
Jonathan Chase
Author, Trainer, Consultant
Diagnosed with autism at the age of fourteen, Jonathan has created a career centered on relating directly to the people he mentors. As a TEDx speaker, trainer, and author, he brings a unique perspective. He shares his own experience with autism as well as his numerous years in the field doing direct support, training, and mentoring.
Working with individuals, families, businesses, and agencies, he shares a message of respect, understanding and awareness to support all individuals with autism and/or other disabilities.
Training Investment
$12,000 base program fee, plus applicable travel costs
Our standard program fee is $12,000 for the complete two-day training. When travel is required, additional costs include $1,500 per travel day, as well as associated expenses such as airfare, lodging, and ground transportation.. We provide a clear estimate of anticipated travel costs during the planning process, before scheduling is finalized, so there are no surprises. Additional services available upon request.
